Achievements

• Students were awarded District Winners at the Inter Unit Quiz Contest for Scouts.
• A. Siddharth ( 2008- 2009 batch ) won the much coveted Governor’s Rajyapuraskar in Scouts.
• Students of 11th Std. won 1st Prize in the Science Project work (Done on the spot) conducted by Mettalurgical and Materials Department , IIT, Chennai in the academic year 2008-09
• Students secured High Distinction, Distinction and Credit in the core subjects in the exams by International Assesment for Indian Schools conducted by Macmillan in collaboration with the University of New South Wales.
• Students take part in many programs, field trips, seminars,workshops and Inter school competitions and have won many prizes.
• Students take part in Maths and Science Olympiad.
• Students do excellent creative work.
  Students from 1X to X11 std. participated in Regional Level Science Project conducted by CBSE in August 2009.
  Their project was on Green Chemistry which was highly commendable.

  
  
  Co-curricular Activities

  The school has various co-curricular activities. The Science, Sports and Fine Arts Clubs, Literary Association, Social Service League, Scouts & guides, Redcross, RSP, etc. give ample scope for the pupils to develop their talents. Students take part in various activities such as quiz, debate, dramatics, creative craft, essay writing and various competitions.

  YOGA, KARATAE AND MUSIC, are included in the regular time-table. DANCE is taught after the school hours to the students of Std. I to VIII.

  Extra-curricular Activities

  The school arranges excursions and takes the students to different places of interest. Independence Day, Children's Day, Teachers Day, Founders Day, Annual Sports, School Anniversary etc. are celebrated and students are trained to display their talents on such occasions.
